All practical training modules are held live at Studio Pilates Sensory in Rimini using Lullup equipment. Our custom digital learning platform is currently under development and will soon host all theoretical modules and video observation assets for maximum learning flexibility.
The courses are held on weekends, with 16 hours per module, covering beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.

To obtain the official Certified Instructor Diploma for your chosen equipment, candidates must successfully complete the following modules.
To fulfill the foundational training bracket and unlock your official Diploma, candidates must complete a total of 48 hours composed of three mandatory blocks:
Record a minimum of 30 sessions of personal practice completed directly on the equipment of your choice from among LULLUP® Reformer Sensory and LULLUP® Free Spine.
30 SESSIONSDedicate 30 hours to observing senior certified instructors. This can be completed in-studio, online, or via official workout videos to analyze and refine verbal and tactile cueing methodologies.
30 HOURSAccumulate 30 hours of practical teaching application. Practice hours can be conducted within a fitness center, dedicated Pilates studio, or through supervised sessions with friends and family.
30 HOURSSuccessfully pass the comprehensive official LULLUP® Method examination, consisting of both a theoretical written test and a practical teaching evaluation.
