THE VENUE

PHYSICAL HUB & DIGITAL PLATFORM

All practical training modules are held live at Studio Pilates Sensory in Rimini using Lullup equipment. Our custom digital learning platform is currently under development and will soon host all theoretical modules and video observation assets for maximum learning flexibility.

THE FORMAT

INTENSIVE HYBRID

The courses are held on weekends, with 16 hours per module, covering beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
The pathway seamlessly blends live in-person practice with our upcoming remote learning framework, mandatory clinical observation hours, and tracked teaching practice.

LULLUP METHOD FOR ANATOMY & BIOMECHANICS OF MOVEMENT 16 HOURS / LEVEL 01

Lullup Method for Anatomy and Biomechanics of Movement including clinical case analysis (back pain).

REFORMER SENSORY 1 16 HOURS / LEVEL 01

Foundational integration of sensory feedback systems applied to the Reformer. This course focuses on proprioceptive triggers, structural alignment principles, and specific clinical safety protocols for rehabilitation and post-injury recovery.

REFORMER SENSORY 2 16 HOURS / LEVEL 02

Advanced dynamic progressions and neuromuscular repatterning algorithms. Designed to handle complex motor control pathologies, athletic performance optimization, and high-tier functional adaptation schedules.

LULLUP FREE SPINE 1 16 HOURS / LEVEL 01

Comprehensive technical introduction to multi-planar spinal mobility utilizing the Free Spine (miniCadillac) system. Covers decompression exercise setups, vector force management, and core stabilization rules.

LULLUP FREE SPINE 2 16 HOURS / LEVEL 02

Advanced therapeutic protocols for severe spinal dysfunction. Technical deep-dive into asymmetric load management, fascial line releases, and post-operative movement integration models for clinical practices.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

THE LULLUP® METHOD DIPLOMA

To obtain the official Certified Instructor Diploma for your chosen equipment, candidates must successfully complete the following modules.

MODULE ATTENDANCE

To fulfill the foundational training bracket and unlock your official Diploma, candidates must complete a total of 48 hours composed of three mandatory blocks:

  • Equipment Level 1 (16 Hours) — Reformer Sensory 1 or Free Spine 1
  • Equipment Level 2 (16 Hours) — Reformer Sensory 2 or Free Spine 2
  • Anatomy & Biomechanics (16 Hours) — Specialized course focused on movement analysis applied to LULLUP® equipment.

02

PERSONAL TRAINING

Record a minimum of 30 sessions of personal practice completed directly on the equipment of your choice from among LULLUP® Reformer Sensory and LULLUP® Free Spine.

03

OBSERVATION HOURS

Dedicate 30 hours to observing senior certified instructors. This can be completed in-studio, online, or via official workout videos to analyze and refine verbal and tactile cueing methodologies.

04

TEACHING PRACTICE

Accumulate 30 hours of practical teaching application. Practice hours can be conducted within a fitness center, dedicated Pilates studio, or through supervised sessions with friends and family.

FINAL EXAMINATION

Successfully pass the comprehensive official LULLUP® Method examination, consisting of both a theoretical written test and a practical teaching evaluation.
